Service Description
Energy Focus: Heart + Solar Plexus This facial is all about flow—through the skin, through the breath, through emotion. Using your choice of Gua Sha or Kansa wand, we move lymph, soften jaw tension, and encourage emotional release in the cheeks, sinuses, and upper chest. Facial cupping may be used to clear puffiness or stagnation. Facial massage is slow, rhythmic, and nurturing, helping regulate the vagus nerve and calm emotional stress. Reiki focuses on the heart and solar plexus, restoring a sense of wholeness and worth. Tools & Techniques: • Sculpting with Kansa or Gua Sha • Optional facial cupping (if suited to skin) • Rhythmic facial massage • Reiki over the chest + upper abdomen • Optional warm compress or light therapy You’ll leave feeling: Held, softened, emotionally balanced Best for: Grief, emotional tension, burnout, over-giving
Cancellation Policy
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure we start on time. If you are running behind it will be count as appointment time. We require 24 hours cancellation notice. Otherwise you may be charge appointment fee/have session deducted from package. Please do not come if you are feeling unwell. Appointments due to illness will not be subject to fees. A reminder appointments now take place in my home studio. You will have to go through our home to the studio space. While the house will be free of children/dog during your appointment please know that they (and the cats) live here and while they are generally not in the treatment space at anytime it is their home. Address will be sent after booking.
