Opening to the illumination of the full moon through breath, movement and connection. Join Kelsey Beesley [Opening to My Wild Heart] as we gather in a circle with our sisters to celebrate, feel and witness the illuminated energy of the full moon. Each gathering will be catered and created with the current cosmic energy of the Full Moon. What you can expect during each session: Connect in circle with your fellow sisters Conversation & insights on the energy of the Full Moon \ what might be currently illuminated within. Corresponding herbal infusion to enjoy Breath Embodiment Practice (opening to feminine movement) Integration/ grounding meditation Sharing and reflection What to bring: Yoga mat Blanket sweater and/or extra layers Water a Mug for your herbal Infusion Eye Mask *not necessary

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with us! Please try to arrive: 5 minutes prior to session (online) 10-15 minutes prior to session (studio) Dress comfortably / layers - no special clothing is needed! Cancellations for sessions must be made at least 3 hours prior to start time through Wix Fit App. Ongoing no shows may be charged a single class session fee.
