The high heat of summer begins to soften now. The light is still golden, but there’s a pull inward—a quiet whisper to slow down, to tend to what’s been growing, to come back to center.

This circle is an invitation to pause and digest—not just food, but experience, emotion, the fullness of being alive.

In this late summer edition of Rooted in Light, we gather to ground. To nourish the parts of ourselves that feel depleted. To reconnect to the earth beneath us and the wisdom within us. Through breath, community, and Reiki, we’ll gently land in a space of restoration and replenishment.
