Service Description
An Integrative Session for Skin, Soul & Nervous System Energetically Aligned is a deeply nourishing 40-minute private session designed to restore harmony within the body and mind. Combining modern light therapy with ancient healing techniques, this offering supports both your outer glow and inner peace. What’s included: • Quick Facial Steam & Cleanse: A gentle beginning to open pores and prepare the skin for deeper support. • Targeted Light Therapy (Face Focused): Red, blue, and green wavelengths work synergistically to encourage collagen production, reduce inflammation, and balance the skin. • Reiki Energy Healing: A gentle, hands-on practice that clears energetic blockages, soothes the nervous system, and promotes emotional balance. • Hot Stone Therapy: Warm stones are placed on key energetic points to soften physical tension and support the flow of prana (life force). • Aromatherapy: Essentisl oils create a calming, immersive experience tailored to your needs. Ideal for: Anyone feeling depleted, energetically “off,” or simply in need of deep rest and reconnection. This session supports burnout recovery, skin vitality, and nervous system regulation. Recommended: A series of 3–4 weekly sessions for optimal results. Leave feeling: Balanced. Radiant. Energetically aligned. This service is only available for booking daytime hours Monday through Friday.
Cancellation Policy
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure we start on time. If you are running behind it will be count as appointment time. We require 24 hours cancellation notice. Otherwise you may be charge appointment fee/have session deducted from package. Please do not come if you are feeling unwell. Appointments due to illness will not be subject to fees. A reminder appointments now take place in my home studio. You will have to go through our home to the studio space. While the house will be free of children/dog during your appointment please know that they (and the cats) live here and while they are generally not in the treatment space at anytime it is their home. Address will be sent after booking.
