EVOLVE | 1:1 Mentorship + Practice Support Personalized sessions to deepen your yoga, energy, and spiritual practice. Whether you’re brand new to yoga, returning after time away, craving a more confident connection to your body, or ready to explore the deeper layers of practice—EVOLVE offers a supportive, customized approach that meets you exactly where you are. This is for you if you’re looking for: • 1:1 guidance to start or evolve your yoga practice • Private support with props, postures, or physical adaptations • Mentorship as a new or returning yoga teacher • Support in building a consistent home or spiritual practice • Personalized meditation sessions (Yoga Nidra, sound, mantra, or breath) • Reiki training (Levels 1–4) or 1:1 energy sessions What to expect: These sessions are tailored to your goals, energy, and experience. Whether you’re seeking structure, support, or space to explore your practice, you’ll receive intentional guidance, gentle accountability, and a safe environment to grow. Offered as: • Single sessions • Bundles or multi-week mentorship packages • In-person or online (depending on availability) Evolve is for anyone craving: • A more confident relationship with yoga • A bridge between learning and embodiment • Spiritual guidance that honors where you are now
Cancellation Policy
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure we start on time. If you are running behind it will be count as appointment time. We require 24 hours cancellation notice. Otherwise you may be charge appointment fee/have session deducted from package. Please do not come if you are feeling unwell. Appointments due to illness will not be subject to fees. A reminder appointments now take place in my home studio. You will have to go through our home to the studio space. While the house will be free of children/dog during your appointment please know that they (and the cats) live here and while they are generally not in the treatment space at anytime it is their home. Address will be sent after booking.
