Service Description

We begin with a slow and steady Hatha flow with a focus on developing structure and alignment in each pose. Postures are linked in a sequence of movements that “flow” with the breath. Variations on the Sun Salutation are often used as a warm-up followed by a standing sequence, balancing poses and then seated poses. Cancellations for sessions must be made at least 3 hours prior to start time through Wix Fit App. Ongoing no shows may be charged a single class session fee.
