Fully supported by props in gentle shapes your body and mind will settle deep into rest in this slow, restorative practise. Soothing vibrations and sounds will surround you as this class is accompanied by crystal sound bowls. You will require a bolster, blocks, rolled blankets for your home practise.

Thank you for booking with us! Please try to arrive: 5 minutes prior to session (online) 10-15 minutes prior to session (studio) Dress comfortably / layers - no special clothing is needed! Cancellations for sessions must be made at least 3 hours prior to start time through Wix Fit App. Ongoing no shows may be charged a single class session fee.
