A Pause...

After much reflection, I've decided to take a pause from offering classes, trainings and sessions.

It isn't a goodbye - it's simply space.

​

Space to rest, to listen and to explore what comes next and to honour the season that I am currently in.

​

For now, the future remains unwritten and I'm learning to be okay with that.

​

To everyone who has practiced, learned, healed and shared this journey with me: thank you.  Your trust, support and presence have meant more than you know.

​

While I don't know exactly what the next chapter holds, I trust that when the time is right, the path forward will become clear.
