Energy doesn’t have to feel complicated.

For years, I’ve taught people about energy - the chakras, the subtle body, the way energy moves through us and how it can influence the way we feel, respond and move through our lives.

​

And one thing I’ve learned is that people are curious about energy, but they don’t always know where to begin.

​

That’s why I wrote Seasonal Alchemy.

​

I wanted to take the teachings I’ve shared in yoga classes, Reiki trainings, workshops and conversations over the years and put them into one place -without making energy feel mysterious, overly spiritual or difficult to understand.

​

This book will teach you about your seven energy centres and help you begin recognizing how they may show up in your everyday life.

 

We’ll explore grounding and safety. Creativity and emotion. Personal power. Love and connection. Your voice. Intuition. Your relationship with something bigger than yourself.

​

And then we’ll look at all of it through the seasons.

​

Because your energy changes.

​

There are times to begin and create. Times to expand. Times to let go. And times when your body and energy are asking you to rest.

​

Learning to recognize those shifts can change the way you relate to yourself.

​

Throughout the book, I’ll give you practices, reflections and simple ways to explore what you’re learning - not because there is something about you that needs to be fixed, but because understanding yourself gives you more choice in how you care for yourself.

You don’t need to know anything about chakras.

You don’t need to practice yoga.

And you definitely don’t need to consider yourself an “energy person.”
