Join me as we welcome the change of seasons and explore how the energy of autumn can support your own energy and well-being.
Autumn Alchemy is a two-hour equinox experience centred around the connection between seasonal energy and the seven chakras.
Together, we’ll explore how autumn’s invitation of grounding , balancing, releasing and gathering inward can help you recognize where your energy feels depleted, overextended or out of balance.
We’ll begin with a short gentle, accessible movement before moving into seasonal teachings, energy-centre exploration and quiet reflection.
You’ll then settle into a deeply supported restorative yoga practice, followed by an autumn Yoga Nidra - a guided meditative journey through the body and chakras to support rest, integration and renewal.
