We all have the ability to help create this space to support our friends, loved ones, our furry friends and more (or you can just learn it for you).

You don’t require any special skill, talent, intelligence to channel Reiki.

Once Reiki is attuned into your Subtle Body you hold it forever.

This eight week program combines nourishing self care practises like meditation, yoga and sound healing with the fundamentals of Reiki Level I & II with a weekly deep dive into the energy of each chakra.
