Rooted in Light | Early Spring Gathering

As the earth begins to soften and the light stretches a little longer each day, we gather in sacred circle to reconnect—with our breath, our energy, and each other.

Rooted in Light is a cozy, Reiki-infused women’s circle held in my home. This early spring gathering is designed to gently awaken what’s been resting, clear out the heaviness of winter, and make space for what’s next.

We’ll share tea and intention, ground into the body with breath and stillness, and settle into a collective Reiki experience. You’ll receive both group and individual energy healing in a safe, held space—no expectations, just support.

You don’t need to know anything about Reiki or be in any particular phase of life. Just come as you are.

Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected—to yourself, to the season, and to a circle of women walking this path beside you.
