In this late spring edition of Rooted in Light, we gather to reconnect with the heart—through breath, intention, and Reiki. Together we’ll explore what it feels like to soften, to trust, and to let yourself be held without needing to give anything back.

You don’t have to be healed, whole, or “ready.” You just have to show up.
